• Account data: your name and the email address from your Google sign-in.
• Birth details you enter: name, date, time and place of birth, used only to compute and save your astrological charts and readings.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To generate, deliver and save your kundli readings.
• To process payments and grant paid entitlements (Full Report, Pro).
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run GrahTalk.ai:

• Razorpay — to process payments securely (standard transaction metadata).
• Google — for sign-in authentication.
• AI language model provider — birth details are sent to generate your reading; they are not used to train models and are not retained by the provider beyond generating your reading.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We retain your account and kundli data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for sign-in and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and all associated kundli data at any time by writing to paramjyotiguru@gmail.com. We act on verified requests within a reasonable period.

Children

GrahTalk.ai is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.
