These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GrahTalk.ai website and app, operated by Meruva Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using GrahTalk.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

GrahTalk.ai provides Vedic astrology charts and readings generated from the birth details you enter, for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. A free chart and basic insights are available; deeper readings are offered as paid digital products.

Not professional advice

Readings are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice, and must not be used to delay, replace or override consultation with a qualified professional. You rely on readings at your own discretion.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use GrahTalk.ai. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the birth details you provide — charts computed from incorrect details will be incorrect.

Pricing & payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Full Report is ₹999 and Pro access is ₹999 for 7 days. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your payment credentials. See our Pricing page for details.

Delivery of digital products

Paid unlocks (Full Report, Pro) are digital services delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The GrahTalk.ai name, content, and software are owned by Meruva Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. Your readings are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meruva Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of GrahTalk.ai or reliance on any reading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
