Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on GrahTalk.ai, operated by Meruva Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.

Nature of our products

GrahTalk.ai sells digital products — the Full Report and Pro access — which are generated and delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment. Because they are consumed immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

When we do refund

• Payment succeeded but the report did not unlock: write to us within 7 days and we will either deliver your report or refund the payment in full.
• Duplicate or accidental double payment: the extra charge is refunded in full to the original payment method.
• You were charged but no order was created: the amount is refunded in full.

Cancellation

As products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Pro is a time-bound access plan and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends after 7 days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
